But please note, food which contain too much water are not suitable, like soup. Because the water contains air, and these air bubbles will go out with water and spray all over the chamber during vacuum cooling. It will make the vacuum chamber dirty.

Question 5: Who can help with the installation of the vacuum cooler? Is the installation easy?

Answer 5: If the machine is integrated design (vacuum chamber and the compressor, vacuum pump, etc. are integrated together), then, the installation is just about connect power cables and install water tower. Quite easy! Your technician can make it by himself.

If the machine is separated design (vacuum chamber and the compressor, vacuum pump, etc. are integrated divided), the installation will be a little complex.
