As we all know, the boiling point of water decreases with the decrease of air pressure. The liquid moisture / water contained in the food starts to boiling and evaporate as the air pressure increase.
The vacuum cooling technique is based on the laws of physics, according to which the boiling point of water decreases as the air pressure decreases.
Our new vacuum cooling technology makes it possible to fast cool the hot baked or cooked food. Usually, from 100℃ to room temperature, just needs 3 – 8 minutes. Furthermore, this cooling way is much more energy saving! Compared with blast cooling fan, it can save 60% power!
